Our Company
Perfect Workforce Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was founded on 15 July 2016 on a simple industrial truth: production stops when people do not show up. Since our first contract we have made attendance, compliance and accountability the product — not an afterthought.
To be Malaysia's most trusted manpower supply partner — the outsourcing company operators call first when a production line, warehouse or project site needs compliant local and foreign workers on the ground.
To supply, document, house and supervise every worker we place — sourcing legally through approved local and foreign channels, settling permits, levies and statutory contributions before deployment, and guaranteeing replacement so our clients' shifts are never short.
PWS is a foreign worker outsourcing and manpower supply company. The workers we deploy are held and managed under our own company — we handle their permits, levies, statutory coverage, accommodation, transport, welfare and daily supervision — and we outsource them to businesses that need dependable manpower on the floor. We are not a recruitment agency and we do not simply introduce candidates.
Our priority sectors are manufacturing factories and heavy industries, followed by warehouses, gudang darat and logistics operations, commercial cleaning for large shopping malls and airports, and construction sites. Since 2016 we have built our register around exactly those environments: shift-ready operators, machine minders, pickers, packers, forklift operators, cleaners and general site labour.
That discipline is why procurement committees at multinational and large local enterprises shortlist us: our documentation survives audit, our invoices reconcile line-by-line to attendance, and our account directors answer the phone at 6am when a shift is short.
